SEGARE ANAK COTTAGES-KUTA BEACH LOMBOK

minutes flight away from Bali, on the southern coast
of extraordinary beautiful island
of Lombok which

accesible from Segare Anak Bungalows, and at a push
bike, wakable if you have no transport, bicycle are
good idea.

Sightseeing
The traditional villages
of Sade ,
6 km north of the hotel is major stop on most day
trip, just up the road to the north Rembitan Village
seem less artificial and is close to a site of
muslim pilgrimage.
Segare Anak
bungalows also do exchange, but expect about ten
percent less for your money than you'd get in
Mataram. If you want to book tourist shuttle
tickets, head to the Perama office (7am–10pm),
attached to Segare Anak
or the one opposite the wartel. They have daily
departures to
destinations on Bali and Lombok, although some
require a stopover. Segare Anak is also a
postal agent and you can use them for poste
restante (get mail addressed to you at Segare
Anak, Kuta Beach, Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara
Barat 8357,
Indonesia); otherwise, the nearest post office is in
Sengkol. Internet access is available at
several places including the wartel in the
village (8am–10.30pm) where it costs Rp500 per
minute. Ask at your accommodation or at Perama if
you want to charter transport (around Rp250,000 for
a car for a day including the vehicle, petrol and
driver) or rent a motorbike (Rp35,000 per half-day)
or bicycle (Rp15,000 per day)
